Position: Senior Conveyancing/Property Solicitor
PQE: 4-8 years
Salary: Commensurate with experience

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled solicitor with extensive experience in Property/Real Estate Law to advance their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse caseload involving all aspects of property and real estate law
  • Provide expert legal advice on conveyancing matters
  • Handle transactions related to residential and commercial properties
  • Conduct due diligence and draft legal documents
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor with 4-8 years' PQE in Property/Real Estate Law in Ireland
  • Proven experience in handling a wide range of conveyancing matters
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and client management skills
