We are hiring for our client, a well-established Built Environment consultancy in Belfast, who is seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join their expanding MEP team. Due to sustained growth in project workload, this Senior Mechanical Design Engineer role offers the chance to work on high-profile schemes alongside a skilled and collaborative team.

The Role:
- Deliver mechanical design solutions across a range of building services projects
- Work collaboratively within the MEP team from concept through to completion
- Liaise with clients, contractors and multidisciplinary teams throughout the design process
- Ensure designs meet current regulations, industry standards and best practice
- Support junior team members and contribute to a strong design culture
The Person:
- 5+ years' experience in building services mechanical design
- Chartered, or working towards Chartership, desirable
- Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems and design principles
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem solving
