The Role:
- Lead daily production operations to ensure output, quality and delivery targets are achieved.
- Manage short and long-term production planning activities.
- Oversee workforce performance and labour utilisation across approximately 80 operatives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production and quality processes.
- Work closely with operational leadership teams to ensure efficient production scheduling and delivery.
The Person:
- Previous experience in a Production Manager, Manufacturing Manager or Operations leadership role.
- Strong experience managing production teams within manufacturing, construction products, modular, engineering or related environments.
- Demonstrated ability to improve production performance and quality standards.
- Strong people management and leadership skills.
- Excellent planning, organisation and problem-solving abilities.
