The Role:
- Oversee the day-to-day management and successful delivery of construction projects.
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, consultants and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and to agreed quality standards.
- Monitor project programmes, identify risks and implement solutions to maintain progress.
- Provide regular reporting on project performance, milestones and deliverables.
The Person:
- Proven experience in a Project Manager role within the construction sector.
- Strong track record delivering residential, student accommodation, mixed-use or commercial developments.
- Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to successful completion.
- Relevant construction, engineering or project management qualification preferred.
