We are hiring for our client, a successful and fast-paced business in Drogheda, who are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on HR professional to provide a broad HR service, supporting managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle while driving continuous improvement and organisational efficiency.

The Role
- Partner with business leaders and managers to deliver operational HR support and practical solutions
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, probation, performance, employee relations, absence management, and offboarding
- Act as the main point of contact for HR queries, policies, and documentation
- Maintain HR systems, trackers, and reports, providing accurate data for decision-making
- Develop, review, and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance
- Support organisational change and continuous improvement initiatives
- Work closely with payroll and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate HR inputs
- Build strong relationships across the business and act as a trusted HR partner
The Person
- 3rd level qualification in HR, Business, or related discipline
- Experienced as an HR Manager, standalone HR Generalist, or People Manager
- Strong track record in employee relations and HR best practices in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
- Solid understanding of Irish employment law and HR compliance
- Commercially minded, highly organised, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Hands-on approach with the ability to work independently and influence at all levels
