We are hiring for our client, a leading consultancy in the construction sector, to appoint a Senior Project Manager. This Senior Project Manager role is ideal for someone with extensive client-side experience, skilled in managing multi-disciplinary teams and NEC contracts. You will be responsible for delivering complex construction projects with precision, supporting client engagement, risk management, and cost reporting throughout the project life cycle.

The Role:
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams on client-side construction projects
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Provide NEC contract expertise and compliance oversight
- Conduct risk and cost reporting to clients
- Ensure projects meet quality, time, and budget requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to deliver solutions
The Person:
- Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in construction project management, ideally client-focused
- Strong knowledge of NEC construction contracts
- Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Desirable:
- Membership of a professional body in project or construction management
