Quantity Surveyor (Junior to Intermediate Level)

Opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a growing offsite/modular construction business in the West of Ireland. Open to either a junior candidate early in their career or a more experienced QS capable of managing full project packages. Strong pipeline of work and excellent development potential.

The Role:
- Support or manage the commercial aspects of projects depending on experience level
- Assist with or take responsibility for cost planning, budgeting, and reporting
- Prepare valuations, variations, and cost analysis across projects
- Work closely with operations, production, and project teams
- Ensure commercial control and cost efficiency throughout project delivery
The Person:
- Degree-qualified or on track in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
- Open to:
- Junior QS looking to develop
- OR experienced QS capable of managing packages independently
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Good communication skills with ability to work across teams
- Organised and detail-oriented with a proactive approach
The Rewards:
- Salary in the region of €40,000 – €56,000 (depending on experience)
