This is an exciting opportunity for an Employment Solicitor to join a globally connected practice advising leading Irish and international clients on a broad range of complex and high-profile employment matters.

The Role:

You will work as part of a collaborative international Employment team advising clients ranging from high-growth businesses to multinational organisations across a wide variety of sectors.

The role will include advising on:

• Day-to-day employment advisory matters
• Cross-border employment issues and international projects
• Employee relations and workplace investigations
• Redundancies, restructures and workforce change projects
• Employment aspects of corporate transactions and outsourcing matters
• Employment litigation and dispute resolution
• Data protection, compliance and risk management matters
• Business development and client relationship management initiatives

This role offers exposure to sophisticated international work within a fast-paced and highly regarded global practice.

The Person:

The successful candidate will have:

• 4–6 years’ PQE in Employment Law
• Experience gained in a leading Irish or international law firm
• Strong technical and commercial skills
• Excellent communication and client management abilities
• A proactive and collaborative approach
• Interest in business development and helping grow a leading practice
• Ability to work effectively within an international team environment
