The Role

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join a growing residential contractor on a multi‑unit housing development in Kilbarry, Co. Waterford. This role will suit a Site Manager who is comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with multiple work fronts running concurrently.

You will be supported by an established project team while retaining full responsibility for on‑site delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Day‑to‑day management of a residential development with multiple units live
• Driving programme and productivity across all phases of construction
• Managing subcontractors, suppliers, and site logistics
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety and company procedures
• Monitoring build quality and coordinating inspections
• Reporting weekly progress and key issues to senior management

The Person

• Proven background managing residential housing projects in Ireland
• Strong understanding of sequencing and residential construction processes
• Confident communicator capable of managing multiple trades on site
• Organised and proactive with a strong focus on delivery
• Ability to work to tight deadlines without compromising quality
