We are hiring for our client, a leading specialist in premium commercial interiors, to appoint an experienced Working Foreman. This Foreman role offers the opportunity to work on high-quality fit-out projects across Ireland and the UK, delivering innovative and bespoke spaces. The successful Foreman will play a key role on-site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to exceptional standards.

The Role:
• Assist in managing all on-site fit-out activities to meet project timelines
• Work hands-on with site teams delivering high-quality finishes
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams effectively
• Oversee installation of interior finishes, fixtures, and fittings
• Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations
• Identify and resolve site issues to maintain programme delivery
The Person:
• 5+ years’ experience as a Working Foreman
• Background in fit-out and/or joinery essential
• Proven experience delivering fast-paced, high-quality projects
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Excellent attention to detail and communication ability
• Full, clean driving licence and eligible to work in Ireland
