The Role

  • Lead and execute business development strategies across key service areas and sectors
  • Work closely with partners, senior fee earners, and leadership to drive growth and client development
  • Prepare and coordinate high-quality proposals, tenders, and pitch documents
  • Develop and implement client targeting plans and account management strategies
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities
  • Assist with event planning, sponsorships, and thought leadership activities
  • Track business development activity and measure success

The Person

  • 5+ years’ experience in business development within professional services
  • Proven experience in leading business development efforts and working with senior stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of business development strategy, client relationship management, and pitch development
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • A proactive, commercial, and client-focused approach
