We are hiring for our client, a leading global professional services organisation based in Belfast City Centre, who are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Recruitment to lead Business Professional recruitment across EMEA.
This is a high-impact role managing a geographically dispersed team of recruiters, specialists, and coordinators. The successful candidate will deliver end-to-end talent acquisition strategies, enhance candidate experience, drive direct sourcing initiatives, and ensure alignment with workforce planning goals.

The Role
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for Business Professional functions across offices and centres
- Develop and execute scalable recruitment strategies aligned with workforce planning
- Standardise recruitment processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience
- Coach and develop the recruitment team on direct sourcing and talent attraction strategies
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, policies and internal risk protocols
- Track recruitment KPIs including time-to-hire, cost savings and candidate sourcing metrics
- Partner with functional directors to understand staffing requirements and challenges
- Lead direct sourcing for senior and specialist roles
- Champion inclusive hiring practices and develop robust talent pipelines
- Implement AI-powered recruitment solutions to enhance candidate screening and efficiency
- Manage external agency relationships and negotiate supplier terms
- Promote employer branding and represent the organisation at relevant recruitment forums
- Drive continuous improvement within the recruitment function and participate in ad hoc projects
The Person
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Extensive experience in talent acquisition within professional services or global recruitment
- Proven experience managing, coaching, and developing a dispersed recruitment team
- Strong knowledge of international recruitment regulations and compliance
- Expertise in direct sourcing, workforce planning, ATS (Avature), and recruitment analytics
- Excellent interpersonal, influencing and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organisational skills
- Able to operate independently and proactively within a globally dispersed team
