We are hiring for our client for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to take full responsibility for warehouse and dispatch operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The Warehouse Supervisor will play a key role in ensuring finished goods are dispatched accurately and on time, with full traceability and compliance to food safety and quality standards. This Warehouse Supervisor position will suit someone who enjoys leading from the front, driving standards, and working closely with production to ensure seamless operations.

The Role

  • Lead day-to-day warehouse and dispatch operations, ensuring accurate documentation and system records
  • Ensure all goods movements, dispatch notes and invoicing are completed accurately and on time
  • Manage stock control activities including transfers, reconciliation and rotation (FIFO)
  • Ensure continuous supply of materials to production in line with operational plans
  • Oversee goods-in and goods-out processes, ensuring full traceability and accuracy
  • Maintain compliance with BRC food safety and quality standards
  • Ensure correct storage and segregation of raw materials, allergens and finished goods
  • Manage warehouse, yard and dispatch standards including housekeeping and waste management
  • Coordinate safe yard operations including vehicle movements and pallet management
  • Prepare materials and stock for upcoming shifts to support continuous production

The Person

  • Previous experience in a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and traceability
  • Experience working within a manufacturing or food production environment desirable
  • Experience with stock control, inventory management and reconciliation
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • IT literate with strong analytical ability
  • Experience operating FLT/EPT equipment (valid licence desirable)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
