Description:
We are hiring for our client, a well-established and highly regarded manufacturing business, seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their team in Lurgan. This Electrical Maintenance Engineer role offers an excellent opportunity to work within a stable environment with a strong focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
The successful Electrical Maintenance Engineer will play a key role in ensuring plant reliability, minimising downtime, and supporting production efficiency across the site.

- £42,500 – £44,500 salary + overtime
- Monday–Friday days/evenings rotation – no weekend work

The Role:
• Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across production equipment
• Diagnose faults quickly and implement effective solutions to minimise downtime
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the site
• Ensure all maintenance work is completed in line with health & safety standards
• Work closely with production teams to maintain optimal plant performance
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
The Person:
• Qualified Electrical Engineer or time-served apprenticeship
• Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proactive approach to maintenance and problem-solving
• Good awareness of health & safety practices
