The Role
- Provide general administrative support to a business unit
- Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling and correspondence
- Raising and posting sales invoices
- Reviewing outstanding queries and assisting with purchase invoices
- Corresponding with banks regarding information and data requirement
- Prepare reports and reviewing cashflow for client business documents
- Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations
The Person
- Previous administrative experience (1+ years) in a professional environment
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
- Proactive, motivated, and eager to contribute to team success
