Senior Legal Executive – Property

The Role

• Provide comprehensive legal executive support to the Property team

• Manage a variety of property-related matters, including drafting and preparing legal documents such as contracts, leases, and conveyancing paperwork

• Maintain and update case files, ensuring all documents are accurately organised and easily accessible

• Liaise with clients, solicitors, and external parties, offering excellent service and support

• Assist with the management of property transactions, including due diligence and title investigations

• Provide administrative support, including managing diaries, arranging meetings, and coordinating communications

The Person

• Essential: At least 4 years’ experience in a Legal Executive role within Property

• Strong knowledge of property law, conveyancing processes, and relevant legal documentation

• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail

• Professional and confident communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues

• Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise tasks effectively
