Legal Secretary – Property Team

We are delighted to be hiring on behalf of our client, a fast-growing and dynamic law firm based in Dublin. They are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join their busy Property team. The Role

  • Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Property team

  • Draft, format and proofread legal documents and correspondence

  • Manage diaries, arrange meetings and handle client queries

  • Maintain and update case management systems and client files

  • Assist with billing, file management and general office administration

 

The Person

  • Previous experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within Property or Conveyancing

  • Strong typing, formatting, and document management skills

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively under pressure
