The Role:
• Collate specifications, review projects, and manage procurement orders & delivery schedules.
• Liaise with suppliers and oversee fortnightly/monthly progress reports.
• Manage subcontractor payments and prepare handover documentation.
• Oversee Health & Safety compliance, inspections, reporting, and dashboards.
• Ensure quality reporting and programme implementation across projects.
• Liaise with and support site managers; conduct site visits and attend contract meetings.
The Person:
• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or Project Manager within construction.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to manage procurement, reporting, and subcontractors.
• Solid understanding of Health & Safety processes and compliance.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with ability to support site teams.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work across multiple projects simultaneously.
