Corporate Solicitor (3–5 PQE) – Dublin

Description:
We are hiring for our client, a leading National commercial law firm, who are seeking to recruit a Corporate Solicitor with 3–5 years' PQE to join their highly regarded team in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic practice with high-calibre clients and a strong pipeline of domestic and cross-border transactions. The Role:

• Advise clients on corporate transactions including M&A, shareholder agreements, and reorganisations

• Draft and negotiate a range of commercial and transactional documents

• Provide strategic legal advice to clients on corporate governance and compliance

• Collaborate with partners and associates on complex matters across multiple jurisdictions

• Contribute to business development and client relationship initiatives

The Person:

• Qualified Solicitor with 3–5 years’ PQE in corporate law (Ireland or UK)

• Strong drafting and negotiation skills

• Proven experience in mid-market M&A and advisory work

• Confident communicator with a commercial mindset

• Ambitious and seeking to grow within a supportive, high-performing team

The Rewards:

• Salary range €80,000 – €100,000 (DOE)
