The Role:
• Handling a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, providing expert advice to clients
• Managing transactions from instruction through to completion, ensuring smooth progression of cases
• Advising on complex matters relating to property law, including leases, mortgages, and contracts
• Collaborating with colleagues and clients to ensure the highest level of service delivery
The Person:
• PQE of 6-8 years, with a solid background in residential conveyancing (flexible on experience)
• Strong technical knowledge of property law
• Excellent client management and communication skills
• A proactive and team-oriented approach to work
• Ability to handle a high volume of transactions effectively
