Conveyancing Solicitor 

We are currently working with a respected Dublin law firm seeking a Conveyancing Solicitor to join their established property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 1+ year’s PQE, primarily focused on residential conveyancing, with some involvement in commercial leasing. The Role
As a Conveyancing Solicitor, you will:
• Manage residential transactions including sales, purchases, and re-mortgages
• Review titles, contracts, and lending documentation
• Advise on commercial lease matters and property-related agreements
• Liaise with clients, agents, financial institutions, and legal stakeholders
• Support a busy, friendly property team with excellent internal processes

The Person
We’re looking for a Conveyancing Solicitor who has:
• 1+ year’s PQE in residential conveyancing
• Experience managing files with minimal supervision
• A keen eye for detail and strong drafting ability
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Enthusiasm for contributing to a close-knit legal team
