We are hiring for our client, an innovative and fast-growing automation solutions company, to recruit a Senior Project Manager. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity based in Dundalk, ideal for a driven and experienced project professional eager to lead multi-disciplinary engineering projects across a diverse range of sectors including robotics, pharma, process, and more.

The Role:

Lead and manage full lifecycle projects across automation, robotics, simulation, and process control.

Oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, and compliance on all assigned projects.

Develop project management principles and best practices within the organisation.

Work with key stakeholders to understand project requirements and convert them into actionable scopes and budgets.

Lead, mentor and support junior and intermediate project managers.

Manage financial performance, including cash flow, budgets, supplier contracts, and cost control.

Support procurement and project start-up, through to commissioning and client handover.

Identify, categorise and mitigate project risks.
-
Drive innovation and continuous improvement across the engineering team.
The Person:
-
Degree qualified in engineering or PMP® certified, with 5+ years of relevant experience.

Proven ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects from concept to completion.

Strong stakeholder and team leadership experience, including mentoring junior colleagues.

Excellent financial and risk management acumen.
-
Familiarity with 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP, and pharmaceutical project delivery is highly desirable.

Background in automation or robotics is a strong advantage.

Excellent communicator with strong organisational skills.

Full clean driving licence required.
