We are hiring for our client, a leading law firm in Dublin, currently in growth mode. The firm is seeking a Real Estate Solicitor with Commercial Property experience to join their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor with 1-5 years' PQE to work on high-profile commercial property transactions and provide valuable legal support to clients across a range of sectors. The Role:

• Provide legal support on commercial property transactions, including leases, acquisitions, and disposals.

• Advise clients on property development and landlord-tenant matters.

• Draft and negotiate commercial property agreements.

• Assist in property finance matters and manage transactions from start to finish.

• Support the firm’s business development efforts and build strong client relationships.

The Person:

• 1 to 5 years’ PQE in commercial property from a leading firm.

• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
