A leading and rapidly expanding wholesale and distribution group with operations across the UK and Ireland is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team at their Lisburn facility. This is a key role within the organisation’s central project team, with a primary focus on logistics and supply chain transformation projects. The role offers the opportunity to influence positive change across a diverse and growing business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver end-to-end business improvement and transformation projects.
- Develop detailed project plans with clear milestones, deliverables, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate effectively across departments and build strong stakeholder relationships.
- Drive a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and open communication.
- Support wider business initiatives beyond logistics & supply chain as required.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years’ experience in a project management role
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously with clear, successful outcomes.
- Strong leadership, presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio).
- Third-level qualification in Project Management or related field.
- Full valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel as needed.
