We are hiring for our client, a prestigious top-tier law firm, seeking an ambitious and dedicated Conveyancing and Probate Solicitor to join their Private Client team in Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity for a solicitor with 1-4 years’ PQE to build on their experience in residential conveyancing, wills, probate, estate planning, and enduring powers of attorney. As a Conveyancing and Probate Solicitor, you will play an integral role in providing high-quality legal services to private clients, assisting with estate management, conveyancing matters, and complex probate cases. The Role:

• Handle residential conveyancing, wills, probate, estate planning, and enduring powers of attorney.

• Assist clients with complex probate matters, ensuring smooth administration of estates.

• Work with high-net-worth individuals, helping them plan and manage their estates and investments.

• Provide trusted legal advice to clients in a compassionate and proactive manner.

• Opportunity to work towards STEP qualification and develop expertise in the private client sector.

• Manage and prioritize competing workloads, ensuring excellent service delivery.

The Person:

• 1-4 years' PQE in conveyancing and probate law.

• STEP qualification or an ambition to pursue it.

• CTA qualification or experience in taxation and trusts is a plus.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate, proactive approach to client care.

• Excellent IT skills and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
