Hunter Savage is exclusively hiring for a fixed term contract covering maternity leave, supporting and coordinating a highly regarded technical team.

The Role:

• Support the technical team to ensure the successful completion of all works
• Assist with stock and equipment ordering/management
• Ensuring inspections are completed in line with schedules
• Data gathering and input of information
• Obtaining quotes for items/works, ensuring protocol is followed and supporting the team in coordinating any plans for roll out

The Person:

• Previous experience in a coordination or technical support role
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, and CRM systems with the ability to pick up new processes with ease
• Ability to prioritise own workload
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
