The Role

• Oversee the preparation of tenders
• Prepare tenders and estimates
• Subcontractor and supplier pricing analysis and benchmarking
• Onsite surveys and prepare scope of work
• Prepare reports as required
• Liaised with director to understand business priorities
• Analyse company data recommending areas of improvement
• Manage people aspects for both direct and indirect reports within the team

The Person

• 5 years experience in a similar role ideally within the construction sector
• Experience using Conquest software
• Experience working on multiple tenders
