We are partnering with our client, a leading player in the distribution of high quality component to the kitchen industry through the UK and Ireland to recruit a Contract Sales Manager.

They are seeking a passionate and commercially driven sales professionally to manage and grow high-value accounts across Ireland. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, this brand new role offer a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of national contract sales growth, partnering with premium clients and influencing major buying decisions in the construction and interiors sector.

The Role:

• Manage and grow revenue with existing high-value contract accounts through strategic planning, product promotions, and strong operational support
• Source and secure new nationwide contract opportunities with the support of the business development team
• Build and maintain key relationships with contractors, developers, architects, and specifiers
• Prepare commercial proposals, deliver product training, and ensure excellent service delivery in collaboration with internal teams
• Analyse data to drive sales decisions, influence purchasing, and enhance overall client strategy
• Represent the brand at trade shows, events, and networking opportunities
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure continuity of supply, product forecasting, and first-class customer experiences
• Present sales performance and strategy updates at meetings and directly to senior leadership

 

The Person:

• Proven track record in managing large contract sales accounts across Ireland
• Experienced in building relationships with Tier 1 contractors, architects, and developers
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to analyse sales data and develop actionable strategies
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Willingness to travel extensively across Ireland with occasional overnight stays
• Self-starter with strong leadership capabilities and a collaborative approach
