Asset Finance Lawyer

Description:

We are hiring for our client, an international law firm, seeking to appoint an ambitious and technically strong Asset Finance Lawyer to join their growing team in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity for a mid-level solicitor to work on high-value cross-border transactions with a leading international client base.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative team with deep sector expertise in aviation and asset finance, working across structured finance, leasing, and regulatory matters.

The Role:

• Advise on complex asset finance transactions including leasing, portfolio acquisitions, and structured deals

• Draft and negotiate finance documents including loan agreements, security documents, and leasing contracts

• Collaborate with international teams and clients on multi-jurisdictional matters

• Engage with regulatory issues relevant to asset and aviation finance

• Support senior lawyers and partners on business development and client relationship management

The Person:

• Qualified solicitor in Ireland or another common law jurisdiction

• 3-5 years’ PQE, ideally in asset finance or broader banking and finance

• Experience in aviation finance is highly desirable

• Strong drafting and negotiation skills

• Commercially astute, team-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality client service
