The Role:

• Advise high-profile clients on complex IP, data protection, and technology law matters
• Provide strategic guidance on regulatory compliance, including GDPR and other data protection frameworks
• Work on high-value transactions, negotiating and drafting commercial agreements related to IP and data assets
• Engage in dispute resolution and litigation concerning intellectual property and data privacy issues
• Contribute to business development initiatives and client relationship management

The Person:

• 3-6 years PQE (flexible) with experience in IP, data protection, or technology law
• Strong knowledge of UK and EU data protection regulations, including GDPR
• Ability to provide commercially focused legal advice to corporate clients
• Experience in contract negotiation and drafting for data and IP-related matters
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
