Corporate Solicitor 

Hunter Savage is partnering with a leading Irish law firm to recruit a Corporate Solicitor for its highly regarded Dublin team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a market-leading practice advising on high-profile domestic and international transactions across the technology, fintech, private equity, energy and infrastructure sectors.

The Role

The successful candidate will work on a broad range of transactional and advisory matters including:

• Domestic and cross-border M&A transactions
• Private equity and venture capital investments
• Equity fundraisings and venture debt transactions
• Corporate restructurings and reorganisations
• General corporate advisory work for scaling and established businesses
• Energy and infrastructure transactions

This role offers excellent client exposure and the opportunity to work closely with experienced senior lawyers on complex and high-profile matters.

The Person

• Qualified Solicitor in Ireland or another common law jurisdiction
• 2–4 years’ PQE gained within a recognised Corporate team
• Strong experience across M&A, investments and general corporate transactions
• Excellent drafting and technical skills
• Commercially minded with strong communication skills
• Ability to work well within a collaborative and fast-paced team
