We are hiring on behalf of our client, an established supplier and distributor of LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Cylinder Gas) and renewable BioLPG to homes and businesses across Ireland. An exciting opportunity has arisen to join their dynamic Cylinder Sales Team as a Sales Representative.
Covering Cork, Waterford and Tipperary the role involves managing an existing customer base while actively seeking new business opportunities across a range of sectors.

The Role:
- Manage, nurture, and develop existing customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and retention across the territory.
- Proactively develop new LPG and BioLPG business opportunities through strategic lead generation and territory management.
- Implement a robust action plan to deliver on KPIs, focusing on growth and retention.
- Build strong networks with key industry stakeholders and partners to support business growth.
- Represent the company at industry events, promoting its brand and products.
- Maintain contracts, manage cylinder stocks, and marketing budgets in line with company requirements.
- Utilise IT systems (CRM, ERP) for effective reporting and analysis.
- Actively contribute to team collaboration and ensure a seamless sales process for customers.
The Person:
- Minimum of 3 years’ sales experience; experience within the energy industry or similar sectors is advantageous.
- Results-driven, highly commercial, and adaptable with a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong time and territory management abilities.
- IT proficient, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
- Full, clean driving license and based in the Cork, Waterford, or Tipperary region.
