We are hiring for our client, a well-established and growing equipment rental company, who are seeking a Group Marketing Manager to lead their marketing department and drive strategic growth. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the marketing function in a dynamic industry.

The Role:

• Develop and execute the company’s marketing strategy with a focus on business growth.
• Lead the marketing team, setting clear objectives and providing support.
• Work closely with Sales leadership to align marketing efforts with commercial goals.
• Manage advertising campaigns, track performance, and optimise strategies.
• Oversee branding, product literature, and promotional content.
• Lead digital marketing efforts, including social media, SEO, PPC, and CRM management.
• Organise trade shows and industry events.
• Manage marketing budgets and report on performance.

The Person:

• Minimum 5 years’ senior-level marketing experience in a relevant industry.
• A degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Strong digital marketing expertise, including social media, SEO, and PPC.
• Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
• Experience managing a team and working cross-functionally with Sales.
• Ability to present marketing strategies at board level.
• A full valid driving licence is required.

• Hours: Monday – Thursday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, Friday 8:30 am – 4:00 pm.
