The Role:
As a Commercial Litigation Solicitor, you will:

• Manage a varied caseload of commercial disputes, including breach of contract, shareholder disputes, and professional negligence.
• Provide expert legal advice to a range of clients, including corporates, financial institutions, and high-net-worth individuals.
• Represent clients in court, mediation, and arbitration settings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless client service on complex cases.
• Maintain and build strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery.

The Person:

• 1-4 years’ PQE with strong experience in commercial litigation.
• Skilled in managing litigation cases, including drafting legal documents and preparing for court proceedings.
• Excellent negotiation, advocacy, and communication skills.
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
• Strong academic record and relevant professional qualifications.
