The Role:
As a Corporate Solicitor, you will:

• Advise on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and private equity deals.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts and agreements.
• Provide expert advice to clients on corporate governance and compliance matters.
• Manage a varied and high-profile caseload while delivering exceptional client service.
• Work collaboratively with other teams to provide seamless advice on cross-departmental matters.

The Person:

• 3-6 years’ PQE with a strong background in corporate law.
• Experience working on significant corporate transactions and advising high-profile clients.
• Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Highly motivated, client-focused, and a strong team player.
• Strong academic record and relevant professional qualifications.
