The Role:

• Communicating with customers providing updates on orders and changes
• Supporting with order processing/shipment
• Maintaining the company database, ensuring all records are kept up to date
• Providing assistance in SAP systems
• Being the go-to/point of contact for customer correspondence

• You possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal

• You hold at least 2 years customer service experience
