The Role:
• Advising on the establishment, operation, and regulation of funds
• Managing complex transactions and delivering pragmatic solutions
• Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to meet client needs
• Staying abreast of regulatory developments and market trends
• Contributing to business development and thought leadership initiatives
The Person:
• 2-6 years’ PQE with experience in funds or financial services
• Strong technical knowledge of Irish and EU regulatory frameworks
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
• A proactive team player with a commercial mindset
• Exceptional client management and communication abilities
