The Role:
As a Real Estate Solicitor, you will:

• Advise on commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, leasing, and disposals.
• Prepare, review, and negotiate property contracts, handling high-value transactions.
• Liaise with clients, keeping them updated on all legal and regulatory developments.
• Work collaboratively with a team of dedicated legal professionals, delivering first-class service.

The Person:

• Qualified Solicitor with 1 to 4 years PQE in Ireland or the UK.
• Strong background in commercial property law with a focus on transactions.
• Highly motivated with excellent client management and communication skills.
• Able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
