The Role:

• Managing a portfolio of clients, providing a mix of accounts preparation, audit, and advisory services
• Overseeing the completion of audits and statutory accounts
• Leading and mentoring junior members of the team, providing guidance and ensuring professional standards
• Collaborating with partners to enhance client service and explore business development opportunities
• Staying up-to-date with regulatory changes and implementing best practices within the practice

The Person:

• 5-6 years PQE in a Senior Manager/Associate Director role within an accountancy practice
• Strong experience in accounts preparation and audit
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team
• ACA/ACCA qualified with a commitment to continuing professional development
• Proven track record of building strong client relationships and delivering results
