We are hiring for our client, an innovative leader in robotic and automation solutions, for the exciting role of Senior/Lead Mechatronic Engineer. The Role:

• Lead and guide the Mechatronic team in support of assigned automation projects.
• Act as a mentor to the engineering team, ensuring adherence to processes and high standards of work.
• Design and develop innovative automated equipment from concept to delivery.
• Use SolidWorks for 3D and 2D design and detailing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration of systems.
• Handle technical documentation, project control, and customer communications.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the business.

The Person:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline (8+ years).
• 5+ years’ experience in Mechanical Design/Engineering, with responsibility for design sign-off, installation, and commissioning.
• Proven experience with 3D design tools like SolidWorks.
• Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• A team player with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Full Driver’s License required.
