Junior Legal Secretary – Float - D4 (close to the city)

A large International Law firm in Dublin are on the search for a Junior Secretary to join their ranks in what will initially be on a "float" basis covering different practice areas. This is an excellent opportunity to join a firm that is on the crest of a wave at the moment with huge focus on growth and investment. Working in a busy, vibrant team this is a role that will be extremely broad and interesting, right in the centre of the department.

The Role

• E-filing, expenses, document scanning & copying and other admin support
• Travel management for fee-earners
• Preparation of documents, letters and compilation of booklets
• Assist a team of fee earners with high quality PA work
• Work closely with other support staff in the team
• Evolve data input and accuracy

The Person

• Aspiring career legal support professional with experience working in a legal firm
• Strong MS Office knowledge
• Organisation and prioritisation skills
• Some knowledge of case management software
