We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Supervisor to join our team at a leading food manufacturing company based in Monaghan. As a Quality Assurance Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and food safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily quality assurance operations, ensuring adherence to food safety and quality standards.
• Supervise and support the QA team, providing guidance and training as needed.
• Conduct routine inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and documentation.
• Monitor production processes and collaborate with production teams to address quality issues promptly.
• Manage and analyze quality data, preparing reports and recommending improvements.
• Ensure all equipment and processes are calibrated and functioning correctly.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback, working to resolve issues efficiently.
• Stay updated with industry standards and regulatory changes, implementing necessary updates to quality practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a Quality Assurance role within the food manufacturing sector.
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations and quality management systems.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in quality control techniques and data analysis.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Relevant qualifications in Food Science, Quality Management, or a related field.
