The Role:

• Co-ordinate and oversee complex legal transactions in the capital markets, ensuring seamless execution and compliance.
• Manage and mentor teams, providing guidance and support on legal matters and client dealings.
• Utilise your commercial acumen to identify and resolve challenges in high-value legal transactions.
• Collaborate with international clients and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and high-quality legal service delivery.
• Leverage your expertise in Banking & Finance (if applicable) to contribute to the firm’s growing client base in these sectors.
