The Opportunity:

A unique opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Banking Solicitor to join their esteemed team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in offering advice on a wide range of Corporate Banking and Asset Finance transactions. This job will involve working on some of the most high profile transactions in Ireland.

Key Requirements:

• Qualifications: Must be a qualified Solicitor in Ireland.
• Experience: 2-5 years' PQE as a Solicitor, specifically within the field of Banking / Finance Law.
• Skills: Demonstrated ability to provide expert advice on a variety of financial matters, coupled with a collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills.

Role & Responsibilities:

The selected individual will be entrusted with:

• Offering in-depth advisory & legal guidance to a varied clientele in the banking and finance sector(s)
• Engaging closely with other departments within the firm to provide comprehensive legal solutions.

• Advising Financial Institutions and Corporate Borrowers on Finance Transactions and Refinancing; Debt Restructuring and Security Enforcement; Sales, Acquisitions and Disposals etc.
