Transaction Services Manager/Associate Director

The Role:
Due to continued growth this specialist advisory firm is seeking to hire a Transaction Services Manager/Associate Director to join their Belfast team. Below will be some of your key responsibilities:
- Regular interaction with clients, building and maintaining relationships
- Delivery complex projects of varying sizes
- Accurate preparation of detailed financial analysis
- Relaying findings to clients
- Managing and supporting junior team members
- Working with the Senior Management Team in delegating workloads, advising on specialist complexities within various projects and developing plans for further business growth
- Contributing your expertise to different tendering processes
- Seeking to develop your own brand name and the firm’s within the NI market
The Person:
- Qualified accountant (Chartered Accountant or equivalent) with training completed in a top 10 Practice or experience in a larger firm thereafter
- Strong technical knowledge and demonstratable experience of Transaction Services / M&A /Due Diligence (at least one year in addition to other experience gained eg. External Audit)
- Experience in managing junior team members and independent case loads
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Drive, ambition and enthusiasm
