The Role:
· Manage the commercial and contractual aspects of multiple projects from procurement through to final account.
· Prepare cost reports, valuations, variations and final accounts.
· Work closely with Contracts Managers, Project Managers and site teams to ensure projects are delivered profitably.
· Support subcontractor procurement, negotiations and account management.
· Monitor project costs, identify commercial risks and maximise project performance.
The Person:
· Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor within construction, fit-out, interiors or specialist contracting.
· Strong commercial awareness with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
· Experience managing subcontractor accounts, variations and cost reporting.
· Ability to work across multiple live projects and manage competing priorities.
· Self-motivated individual capable of building strong relationships with clients and project teams.
