The Role

• Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries professionally
• Coordinate meetings, room bookings, and visitor arrangements
• Provide general administrative support to the corporate team
• Maintain an organised and welcoming reception area
• Assist with filing, scanning, and day-to-day office tasks
• Handle post and courier services efficiently

• Previous experience as a Receptionist in a professional services environment 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional and client-focused approach
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and office systems
• Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented
