The Role

• Provide comprehensive administrative and PA support to partners and fee earners
• Manage diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements
• Draft, format, and proofread legal correspondence, reports, and presentations
• Assist with billing, time recording, and matter administration
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, internal teams, and stakeholders
• Support ad hoc projects and day-to-day operational tasks
• Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information professionally

The Person

• 3+ years’ experience as a Legal PA or Legal Secretary in a busy law firm environment
• Strong organisational and diary management skills
• Excellent document production and attention to detail
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
• Professional, proactive, and team-oriented approach
