Litigation Solicitor 

We are working with a well-regarded Dublin law firm as they seek to recruit a Litigation Solicitor to join their busy and growing Litigation Department.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE who is keen to progress their career in a hands-on litigation role with a broad and varied caseload. The successful candidate will join a supportive team and gain exposure to a strong mix of personal injury, medical negligence, general litigation, banking and commercial litigation matters.

The Role

As Litigation Solicitor, you will be involved in a wide range of litigation matters, including:

• Managing a varied caseload across personal injury, medical negligence and general litigation
• Advising clients on litigation procedures, case strategy and next steps
• Attending hearings, settlements and mediations
• Working on banking and commercial litigation matters
• Drafting legal documents, correspondence and advices
• Managing deadlines and progressing files efficiently
• Liaising with clients, counsel, experts and other parties
• Supporting business development initiatives where appropriate
• Working independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment

The Person

The successful candidate will ideally have:

• 2+ years’ PQE as a solicitor
• Strong litigation experience
• Good knowledge of litigation procedures and practices
• Experience managing their own caseload
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• A proactive approach and willingness to learn
• Good communication and client management skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
