Real Estate Solicitor 

Hunter Savage is working with a leading commercial law firm in Dublin to recruit a Real Estate Solicitor for its growing Property team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 1–4 years’ PQE to join a highly regarded real estate practice and gain exposure to a broad range of commercial and residential property matters.

The Role

As a Real Estate Solicitor, you will join a busy and well-regarded Property team, working on a broad range of real estate matters.

The role will involve advising on:

• Commercial and residential property transactions
• Acquisitions and disposals
• Leasing matters
• Due diligence
• Property advisory work
• Complex and high-value property transactions

You will work closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers, while developing strong client relationships and building your technical expertise within a supportive team environment.

The Person

The successful Real Estate Solicitor will have:

• 1–4 years’ PQE in real estate/property law
• Qualification as a solicitor in Ireland
• Experience across commercial and/or residential property matters
• Strong attention to detail
• Good commercial awareness
• Excellent communication skills
• A collaborative and client-focused approach
